The doctors and nurses here are amazing and I have always felt so cared for. Unfortunately every time I have come in, I have had a bad experience with the receptionists. Very rude and lack customer service

From the non functioning phone system, to the ridiculous wait times. I have also been told to choose which health concern I wish to prioritise, as the doctor will only address one each visit! As if I want to go through this every week.

Update since doctor Htat left this place has gone downhill so far the the doctors either don't understand you or lie to you the only decent doctor Dr Webb doesn't take new patients the only medicle person I trust there is the practice nurse, Maria,who know more than some of the doctors. The only reason they get a 1 star is that the practice nurse is good. Don't waste your time going here the service is appalling Staff rude and doctors don't know what their talking about. Dr Htat is a Great Doctor willing to spend time with his patients. It may mean that you have to wait but it is worth it.

The nurse practitioner is lovely but unfortunately can only do so much in the way of bulking billing for imaging needs etc. Seeing two different doctors at this centre, I’m very disappointed in both. I waited for over an hour and a half and when I had to leave due to other appointments, the rude receptionist told me that I may be sent a ‘fee’ in the mail for me leaving. I understand emergencies happen, but if i have to leave because they are running soooo behind, I shouldn’t have to be liable in any way!

Minus 100 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Doctors not taking new patients. Manager Julie Sullivan refuses to come to phone. Reception staff not trained in basic Customer Service. Rude abrupt Gail receptionist gets on phone and cherrfully states the lack of doctors are "out of their hands" Told Julie Sullivan through Gail that its time to do her job and start advertising. Whereby Gail repeats its out of our hands. What a pathetic lot of individuals!! If your sick goto ED as the doctors dont care!!

My wife went to see the Ear, throat nose doctor there to consult a tongue tie clip on our 5 week old. Without looking at my son immediately said to my wife he is not doing it because of risk of infection and issues feeding where my son was having issues feeding hence the clip he reduced my wife to tears. If he had off examined my sons mouth he would have seen a a serve lip tie as well. Any mother who are having trouble with feeding due to tongue ties and lip ties please consult your lactation consultant for have a referral to a place in Brunswick to have it laser removed. With no infection what so ever. What a lazy Etn doctor don’t go to him.

Rude abrupt and condescending reception staff. The older lady with short white hair seems to have zero tolerance of elderly patients and makes you feel like an inconvenience. In their job position they should display patience and empathy.

There are some good and very caring dotors. However the most helpful ones have left. Reception staff rude and uncaring, Dr Thet is the only Doctor I have ever experienced that made me worse coming out than before going into see him. Told mke to see my GP and refused to help me. It has a bad vibe with a lot of the staff, even some of the nursing staff. However some of the medical team are very good.

Do Not see a Dr. Aaranan Paransothy from The Healthcare Centre Morwell his a racist and will put you down if you have any mental health issues Will go off at you for not making appointments he should be making as part of his job and will also kick you out when he don't want to deal with U.... he will press his alarm and kick you out I have seen him to this to 3 patients one who needed heart medication one elderly and the last was a person with brain injury that needed pain killers..... he is very unprofessional
