Don't see Dr. Elham Potros, she is dismissive of your health issues and is quite rude. She told me I needed another ultrasound six weeks after the initial one, then didn't give me the referral, then argued when the receptionist called to receive one.nThe other doctors are amazing, this doctor is not worth it.
The Dr potross is one of the worst Doctors in this medical centre. She very unprofessional Dr she always give us bad and wrong medication. Plus she very rude. Not recommended at all if you care about your health
Very good clinic. Been going there for 10 years. Staff are nice. There IS one grumpy one but you get that. Were all different. Wait times are pretty normal. 15-30min. Doctors are very good. If you don't like one just swap,there's quite a few. Great clinic,chemist and pathology right next door, what more could you want.You can even grab a coffee at the nice new cafe next to the clinic carpark after your appointment.
I have only ever been to this doctors once, when i first moved to morwell, and that was enough for me.nthe doctor that I had that day had no people skills, and she was very rude to me when I was telling her about my medical history.nShe waved me away like my bad eczema break out was nothing, while my arms were covered with weeping cuts and a possible skin infection.nShe also told me that my breakout was my fault and that I should have taken better care of myself.nnI went to another centre in Trafalgar to get a different opinion and they were stocked that the doctor had sent me away with nothing and quickly gave me something to fix the problem.
The nurse practitioner is lovely but unfortunately can only do so much in the way of bulking billing for imaging needs etc. Seeing two different doctors at this centre, I’m very disappointed in both. I waited for over an hour and a half and when I had to leave due to other appointments, the rude receptionist told me that I may be sent a ‘fee’ in the mail for me leaving. I understand emergencies happen, but if i have to leave because they are running soooo behind, I shouldn’t have to be liable in any way!
