Went to see the doctor to renew the bar in my arm she saw me a couple of times done a heap of appointments for blood test and all the other test you don't want to have to do I guess it was, all good? up until the final appointment then told me she didn't want to see me and wasn't going to do it im not a rude person I'm polite I've been in retail for 8 years so I can't understand why this happened. I don't know why but all the staff were always rude to me and the other doctor was rude and refused to see my partner and he had be going there since he was a baby they told him no one there will see him regularly and suggested we find different doctors. We are Not impressed with the health service at this facility.

This place included of horrible reception, I always had bad experiences with the reception staff. Not supportive, not listening properly for the conversation and drop the call before I finish my conversation and had to ring back to make appointment. Would recommend they need to be more supportive with call conversations with pleasant communication skills and responses. But our GPS who were working there was superb, with lot of knowledge and supportive for his patients. So glad the doctor has moved to Holly drive medical centre, so communication with reception staff make bit easier.

receptionist’s at the desk are very helpful and friendly, it makes you calm rather than more stressed when your not well. When your not well your not at your brightest either. The whole place gives the feel of great team work.

Very efficient service sometimes there is a bit of a wait to see a Doctor but the waiting room is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and quite a range of services available including pathology.

Reception staffs are very supportive and happy with all the doctors except Dr.Dilruba.Sorry to say that she is really rude .Even the reception staff doesn't know what the doctor is doing.But they arranged to see another doctor in the same day.That is good.

Girls at the reception were lovely, the doctor I had seen was rude I hadn’t been here before only booked in here because my normal gp wasn’t available… she pretty much refused my prescriptions & even asked if I was recording her … Waste of time

The appointment process went well-efficient and friendly The doctor asked relevant questions and gave me the asked for prescription although it was the first time I had attended the doctor 10 out of 10

It makes booking an appointment easy would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a doctor
