Being a business owner and ordering many items from the good guy I have found them applauding of late. Blatantly lying about the status of a television. 2.5 weeks have past and still haven’t received a tv that is in stock. First wrong one delivered No day for recollection for return Delivery day changed twice Delivery cancelled and was told I had called and said my son will pick up from store. Strange that my son is 10 months old. I’d advise people to shop elsewhere are these guys are useless and customer service is useless. One as that’s the least I can give! Useless and don’t care!
Nice layout. Took a while to get staff assistance but once I did, gentleman was helpful he Even discounted an item I purchased without me prompting for it. Will use them again
We have recently visited this store and had a great experience discussing our needs for washing machine, fridge and TV by Karen. She recommended products, we felt well informed about the choices we ended up making. Store is well presented, easy to find things with good service. Will be coming here for our electrical needs and of course prices were good too!
Be good if someone could text to say they will be running late on delivery. Was text to say that my delivery will be between 10:20 & 1:20pm and still no show. Good guys use need to step up and let your customers know that they are running late and will be their at a certain time if no show. Not good service so far

First time going into any Good Guys store and the service was fantastic. Conor and the tall bearded fellow had excellent customer service and were extremely knowledgeable in the appliance I was looking at. Made it an easy purchase and will be back again!
We restocked our new place with goods from here, the service was really good and the staff that helped us listened to what we wanted and showed us exactly what we were looking for! Really pleased and would go back if we need anything else! They also didn’t try too hard to sell Extended warranties etc!
DO NOT BUY THE GOLD SERVICE EXTRA WARRANTY from The Good Guys unless you live in a large town. We bought an LG 700L fridge from The Good Guys, it cost over $4000 so we bought the extra warranty being promised that it would extend to regional areas. The fridge stopped working 5th January. We live in a small town of around 10,000 people, and have been given the runaround for the last 6 WEEKS! Its under warranty but still not fixed.
Adam in the TV Department was super helpful. Had to exchange a TV I'd bought online for a smaller model instore. It was all sorted within 5 minutes with friendly service.
Had a fridge delivered on Saturday to an empty house not moved in yet and delivery guy refused to move the fridge into fridge space which obviously was empty because he “is not allowed to take off cardboard wrapping”!!! I looked at him and said I will take it off but he said no their rule is they don’t move appliances into place with wrapping still on unless the customer pays for the added ‘premium service’ which I understood was for installation/removal of old appliance…….. the fridge still remains four metres from the empty fridge space ‍. Will never purchase anything from Good Guys again.
