Wanted to buy dish brush at 4.55 pm Sunday as the tall girl with cropped hair and glasses had started putting up closing doors. She gave me such a death stare that I froze on the spot without fully entering the store. I looked at her and said excuse can you tell me if you have a dish brush and she interrupted without me being able to finish my sentence with "No" rudely twice. With this level of customer service as in none you can understand why retail shops all over the place are unable to pay outgoings and closing down! Happened to be in Westlakes today and guess what the brush was available! Surprise, surprise! Won't be seeing my money again! Unfortunately 1 star is minimum I can give!
