Bought a 6x8 shed from their Cadnam branch last year. Despite having a warranty, the company is completely uninterested in the problems we are having with the shed becoming very mouldy on the inside within just a few months. Been palmed off with excuses “you need to install a vent, you just need to wash it etc” and trying to pass the onus on to me for a shed that’s less than 12 months old. IF IT NEEDS A VENT TO STOP MY STUFF GOING MOULDY THEN IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH A VENT. Abysmal customer service and very unprofessional. Total joke, will not be using them again.

Ordered a 10x6 Conway Apex shed through Graham at their Hurn store and was fitted by Doug and James yesterday. They dismantled my old shed and fitted my new one that morning. Very impressed with the structure and the team, very professional,  would highly recommend.

Everything and anything to do with fencing plus gates, decking, sleepers and even artificial grass. Always plenty of stock. Great prices and really helpful staff. I don't go anywhere else.

The Fencing Centre - Dreadful Customer Service! I tired to place the order via the website but was asked to phone to get a price for delivery, whilst it was only a small order of £1000 I had the unfortunate pleasure of been put through to Clive, His lack of patience and interest was unbelievable! He was trying to rush the call, I was trying to be accurate about what I wanted to order, I told him on the phone to have more patience but this had no effect and his negative get the call out of the way approach continued, as it turns out they don't deliver to the midlands which is fine, just update your website and train your rude staff. I was happy to pay for a courier or arrange collection as I told rude Clive on the phone but due to the dreadful first impression I wouldn't give this company a penny.

Slightly off the beaten track but worth the visit, good lumber at a good price.

I had a problem with a shed bought from and installed by the Cadnam outlet ca. 2 years ago. The Manager organised a visit from the installation crew who confirmed that remedial action was needed. That came within 1 week. Very impressed with this response and the remedial work carried out. Excellent example of 5 after sale service.

Good selection of products in stock, at good prices. Helpful staff.
