Over two months of waiting for a fibre installation, 3 reschedules and incorrect information about needing to be home for 3 days in a row so time taken off work for no reason. No communication for the first reschedule, I had to call myself to see why it wasn't done, then was told they only have two workers. No confirmation calls as to workers showing up like email said. Workers were also late and did not inform me there were any problems while at property.
Excellent experience - flawless communication max 2mins on hold when phoning and always answered emails. Installers turned up exactly when arranged and received courtesy texts to confirm. Fibre installation is clean and installers tidied up well.
Disgustingly poor customer service. Have had reschedule after reschedule. Now we won't have fibre till the new year supposedly. No solutions and only two staff for all of Tauranga who can do the installs. Why bother? Ffs.
Terrible experience. Rude, lying, urinating in our garden, broken plants., installation done incorrectly, damaging our property due to carelessness with tools, They were unable to remedy there stuffups even after two chances to do so. Wish we had never decided to get our Fibre installation through them. Verbally passed on personal information to our neighbor just to top things off.
After about two months of waiting for an appointment for my fibre install we finally had someone come, look for 5 minutes and tell me another team had to dig the fibre tube in. A week later civtech came again digging a massive hole and not finding what was in their plan. Instead of investigating the issue two other teams came, dug up the same piece of lawn and left. Instead of connecting our fibre, they chose to leave and ignore me, leaving half the lawn missing and no fibre. Now I’ve got a heap of grass missing and no returning calls from the civil team. Went to 5g wifi as that was the only option. Only giving 2 stars because the customer service on the phone was nice and the only motivated part of the company.
