I bought a mocha and a toast. The person making toast didn't use gloves, the bread and jam tasted old and the quality and quantity both were mediocre. He handed me a open container for takeaway... I had to ask for a bag. Mocha was nice but they forgot to add honey and reopened my cup without gloves again to put honey. Cmon guys.
