My first experience in this salon for a simple hair wash and blow dry turned out to be a terrible experience. I had my hair washed in the washing sink the entire time instead of being seated. I had to lie down uncomfortably during the wash plus the guy did not throughly wash my hair and some areas of my hair was not properly washed above neck and ear sides When asked the guy mention that the washing is done in the sink unless requested by the customer. Never once i had my hair wash like that!!! Blow dry was another disaster experience. Paid RM43 RM35 plus and additional RM8 for CNY season The First and Last Hair Studio.Service: Blowouts
Made an appointment to come over. Everything was okay until 2 customers female came in and the stylist attending me started rushing and bulldozing his way through. My haircut was done in less than 5 minutes. He even rejected my request for a hairwash. Extremely unprofessional. Very dissapointed with their service. I am not a first time customer. My previous experience have been bad as well. As mentioned by the other reviews, the stylist was extremely rough with his hands and hair cutting tools. I wonder if you treat your male customer the same way as you treat your female customer. Never coming here again.
I went to get a hair treatment because my hair is death hahaha but he jack lim *i think his name did a really good job even i know my hair wouldn't be fabulous since its really in bad condition. 100% recommended! Will come again .
The best hairstylist goes to the boss, Ken Wong. My hair is always the same everytime he cut. His skills never disappoint.
Pulling hair with excessive force , using trimming machine roughly , can see your skin being pull toward the direction of force. Heard one stylistskinny guy whispering to other not to put so much effort in order to finish the job faster. No greetings on coming. I will never come back to this place again.

Jay is a very friendly funny guy. Will try his best to serve and provide his profession to customers. Price are reasonable also.
