My cat had a fight one night (as cats do) and had a claw put into his eye. It looked awful! The local vet here in Tauranga told me that his eye would have to be removed. But I made the trip to Whangamata and Stefan fixed his eye!! It healed nicely. Now my lucky cat still has 2 eyes. Ever since I have always made the trip up to Whangamata just to see Dr Stefan. He has a passion for animals and will always do the best for the pet and owner.

Dr Stephan is a really lovely guy, who has a strong affinity with animals. He is also astute at diagnosing event the most difficult cases. Thoroughly recommend Dr Stephan for your loved animals

Last year my cat had a horrible accident and somehow shattered her leg. Being a solo mum I tried to raise funds through selling paintings on trademe. Stephan heard of our plight and generously offered to remove it if I could bring her down from Auckland. We still have the newspaper article and often remember you guys! So greatful xox
