I could see there are many recent reviews regarding the customer service there, no wonder why!! I went there today to buy face sheet mask and the total came to $15 and she had the audacity to put 1% surcharge on my purchase even though there was a big a** sign saying $10 minimum which is still a joke. Anyways when asked the sign is saying otherwise, she was shameless enough to say that is different matter. I couldn’t see the girl's name as well. But she was one rude girl. I hope the manager or the Owner looks into it. Thanks
Horrible experiencesterrible customer services. Been there twice the first thing they say is “are you korean” instead of greeting. They instantly gave unpleasant look when you said your were not Korean. Two ladies worked there were not happy when you wanted to try their testers. They would stare at you like alert dogs and think you are gonna steal their stuff in the next second. One lady was being extremely rude when I said I just wanted to have a look around. They are making such a bad impression for Koreans although I know not all Koreans are like that.
What a terrible service! The staff is so rude Her name is Lily I have a serious complaint regarding to your service. Extremely unhappy with the service and experience caused by this staff name Lily @ The Face Shop Northland Shopping Center. She was so rude and unprofessional. I was holding the eye cream and standing there to see if there is anything else I could buy. Then I tried to open the box to see if the product actually in there or not, she came and told me off. So She came and snatched the product on my hand to the counter. She treated me like I’m a thief. Oh my god!! I never came across anything like this ever in my life. I’ve been to your shop and spent every time more than $500 per transaction. But I will never set my foot at your store again and I will said it to other people to run away from your nightmare shop as far as possible from now on. They should train her rude lady to be more polite, maybe a smile and at the very least not to be rude. Perhaps racial contempt or attitude?
I visited TheFaceShop Emporium for the first time on Thursday. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I loved it!!! A++ There were 3 staff working and ALL were fabulous - The employee that helped me spent 20+ minutes with me and was so patient. I will be going back there for all my cute face masks and heavenly products.
My first time at the Face Shop store at Emporium, and I LOVED the service. The ladies, oh I wished I knew their names, but they were amazing and lovely. Definitely will be coming back to this one. Tysm!!!!

Even if you didn't even open it,and even if you visit again within seven days for refund, you’ll never get a refund, so be careful.
