I shop here often, even though it is more expensive than most places. However this morning was spoken to by a lady with short dark hair that was quite rude when I was looking for help on where to find a product, which will make me reluctant to ever go back. She was also quite snappy with another staff member that was lovely and tried to assist me. It really made the whole shopping experience unpleasant.
