OMG Chantelle and Josie are amazing, they made me feel so special!!! They couldn't of been more helpful, in assisting me with purchasing my beautiful gown for my daughters wedding. Alterations are all done in house and very reasonably priced, making it so much easier. I am sure I will recieve heaps of compliments, like I did with my first purchase for my son's wedding earlier this year. Thanks again Chantelle & Josie xx
Bought a dress here a few months ago .. got completely screwed around workers are all over the place, ended up not getting my dress in time .. 17 days later. Staff Anita was unprofessional as well as management. You have to reach out for updates etc the do not call email or contact you first! So surprised they have a few decent reviews, have to he all fake or family reviews. As the serval others are on the same page as me and have been screwed around! Would not be coming here again and I hope I help you guys and save you stress worrying and horrible and unprofessional communication and results from this "company"
Josie was friendly and helpful when finding me the perfect dress for my engagement, it felt like a personal shopping experience. I will be coming back to see her for my bridesmaids dresses!
I didn't have a good experience, I was considering to get my bridesmaid dresses from here but the service turned me off, the girl was not interesting in helping me, she was on the phone texting the whole time, I waited outside for 15mins before she opened the door and I thought she was new because it didn't seem that she had experience, but she said that she had been there for over a year but her knowledge about the fabric of the dresses, styles, body shapes, etc was poor. After following up with her to get more details about the fabric, I found that that they were too thick and they are not ideal to wear on a 35degree day. I wouldn’t recommend them at this point.
Chantelle and Josie are the best! They were so kind and helped me find the most beautiful dress for my event, after I had left it so late!! I would highly recommend coming here for dresses for any occasion, they are stunning and nothing else that you find in Australia!!

Not a good experience Most dresses I wanted to try on were very small sizes 4s or 6s. Nothing for people who eat so limited range if you are a size 12 Then I found some dresses on there website I rang for about a week leaving messages text etc … no reply Don’t shop there I actually found a lovely dress in other store and the customer service was amazing .
Have ordered two dresses from the lovely ladies at The Dollhouse now. Extremely impressed with the service and experience. I cannot wait to feel a million dollars in my new dress!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! These ladies are absolutely beautiful and so easy to deal with. Such a pleasant experience and found the perfect dress!! Will be heading there again for any future occasions! Thank you lovely ladies xoxo
