store cluttered with too much stock, staff pushy
While helpful in-store, there is a lack of cohesion and knowledge between stores. Having an item organised to be delivered between stores took too long to organise and should have been available next business day. Suffice to say I'm still waiting.
Excellent customer service. Ordered three bags night before and got a phone call early morning next day saying they were ready! Love to buy from them again.
