To say that I am happy would be an understatement! When you find the perfect person to spend your life with, getting engaged is one of the most precious times of your life. Ivor and his company turned out to be one of the best companies my fiance and I have ever dealt with. We visited (and spoke) with numerous jewellery companies before choosing The Diamond Guys, and from the very first call, we knew that this is the team we wanted to work with, when choosing the perfect engagement ring. Ivor was extremely patient with us, carefully explained everything while taking us through his vast collection of rings, each beautifully designed and unique in their own way. We completely trusted him from the very minute we walked into his office. Once we ordered the ring, Ivor was great with communication, keeping us up to date at every stage, ensuring we were 100% comfortable at all times. We are going to look at this ring every day for the rest of our lives, and we are truly grateful to Ivor for playing a big part in making this experience one that we will never forget. I cannot thank you enough Ivor for going above and beyond! We appreciate your amazing service and can't recommend you enough!

My partner and I had been shopping around for a ring for a while. We found the different places we went didn't leave us with a good feeling about the information they gave us regarding diamond quality/price. Then I remembered the Diamond Guy radio ads, so I called. I spoke with Ivor on the phone and by the end of the phone call, without even seeing the rings yet, I was pretty sure he was who I would be buying from. He, unlike other sales people, seemed genuine and relaxed. Not grabbing for the sale. Instead, taking the time to find out what we wanted and our budget and how we could best bring the two together. When we came in for our appointment, it was a relaxed one on one atmosphere with no pressure. We took a couple of hours to select our ring and diamond and my now finance and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 for service, rang and price

The guys at diamond guys were brilliant. Very helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was after with my budget. They went out of there way to make sure the ring was ready for me in time which I was very grateful for and more importantly she said "yes"! Highly recommend going in for a beer and having a chat.

Very enjoyable experience with The Diamond Guys especially Ivor he really knows his stuff. I looked at many Jewellers and the quality of the ring is exceptional. I really felt comfortable and am glad I chose The Diamond Guys 5 star everything.

The Diamond Guys are a pleasure to deal with. They provide great service and are happy to help with any questions asked. The Information provided about each diamond is by far superior than other companies I dealt with along the way. Would highly recommend to anybody searching for the perfect diamond.
