Perfect spot to enjoy a meal and a drink with a few friends and/or several dozen gnomes. Food is always good, cocktails are nice and there's always a few new and interesting beers on tap. Prices aren't too bad, either. Atmosphere is great and there's several nice spots to sit both inside and outside.
Called in for an early Sunday dinner and we were not disappointed at all. Food was very tasty, highly recommend the cheese burger spring rolls! Nice selection of tasty beers, really friendly staff, efficient service and a really great guitarist throwing out some great tunes. We will be back to try the rest of the menu! Well done!
We enjoyed some margaritas and tacos in the courtyard one afternoon and the chicken tacos were some of the best Mexican food I've had in Australia. The pork option was a bit sweet for my preference but the bean tacos seemed satisfying for the kids. All in all, it was a very relaxing place to get out of the sun and grab a bite.
The Courtyard Townsville did not disappoint with their chicken parmi! The mushroom gravy was delicious and the chips were perfectly crispy. This is by far the best chicken parmi I have ever had. Each chip perfectly cooked with a crunch and well season. Enough mushroom gravy to cover my entire meal. And lastly, the crunch on the chicken parmi was absolutely amazing. If you are ever in Townsville, make sure to check out The Courtyard Townsville! You will not regret it! It's an awesome little spot in the city that always delivers great food. The chicken parmi is my favourite and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and accommodating too. Highly recommend!
It is the best. We tried the nachos and they were outstanding, the nacho toppings were so fresh. “I love the guacamole.” We’re the words from an avocado hater. The staff are friendly and had great customer service. Loved it. Highly recommended.
Cheeseburger springrolls, pulled pork quesadilla, and blue balls cocktail. Really enjoyed these dishes. Definitely recommend
Friendly staff! I had the chicken burger which was really good, but my partner had the veggie burger and he wasn't so keen on it. He described it as similar to something you can purchase from a supermarket unfortunately. There is also the option to play board games which was nice. There is indoor and outdoor seating, both were pleasant.
Don't waste your money!!! Terrible service and drinks justifies why it's an empty place on Saturday Oct 1st 8pm, when every other place at City Lane its busy. Ordered 3 tasteless mojitos $54, $18 each, no fresh lime, no ice, no mint and tasteless unidentifiable alcohol. Worse ever tasted. When complained, the staff were defensive and unhelpful denying and mistake. Tacos were very underwhelming. It's a shame, great location, but a waste of time and money.
Awesome food, excellent staff and of course the drinks. Open are atmosphere but still under cover, for those hot days a nice cool place to enjoy.Food: 5/5
Cool place to grab lunch and a drink. The prices are very reasonable and the portions big. My quesadilla with chicken was delicious and very filling. The portion loaded fries with pulled pork was very generous and good.
