Mr. Tod is located in the basement level of the National Trust head office, in Parliament Place East Melbourne. Open Monday to Thursday 7am until 5pm for Breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee abd cake. On Fridays nights open for atfer work drinks and nibbles. Also available for private events
