Vibe, service and selection of food in the cabinet was great. However, my large skinny flat white didn’t hit the mark - luke warm and not really that flavoursome but it might be my personal tastes. I compare everything to Chapter House coffee and some cafes near where I live in the inner west - I judge a good coffee one where I don’t have to ask for it hot or strong because it’s enough as is.

I feel awful that cafes & restaurants are suffering due to this lockdown, but please if your business depends on delivery to survive, do better than this! How am I supposed to enjoy my order upon receiving it in this state - the coffees spilled everywhere, soaked the bag and leaked all throughout my house. My pastry is soaked in coffee, half of my 3 coffees are spilled, which I could not drink because the barista decided to put spoonfuls of sugar in them, which I didn't ask for! Please, at this time when everyone is suffering financially, do better than this!
It has been a while since getting back to the office but I always struggle to find a good place to enjoy my coffee. Despite lots of cafes around, it's hard to find a place like People's Coffee. Awesome coffee, professional staff and good vibe are things you need to go there everyday.
I mean wow, ordered toast to take back to work, waited and waited, saw them completing other orders that had come in after me, finally asked if it was coming... later later, finally after 20 mins it is handed to me with "here you go" - told him when you f-up someone's order the least you can do is apologise for it. Clearly no systems and poor attitude to customer service, only interested in pumping out the coffees and moving to the next person. Coiuld be good, but staff need better systems and training. Not too hard to say sorry to a customer is it.
Worst chicken schnitzel wrap ever. Asked for it toasted but instead they microwaved it. Cold batch coffee as well
Great coffee! especially their iced oat lattes, friendly staff and great music. The raspberry and white choc muffins are a great treat in the afternoon and a ham and cheese crossaint as a cheeky breakfast. If you work in the CBD well worth checking out for your coffee
This is one of my favourite cafes within the CBD! Beautiful staff, incredible coffee and amazing food that I can tell is made with love. I highly recommend People's Coffee. It is easy to locate with a layout that is beautifully designed to relax and get away from the busy city. Thank you for always making my day and leaving with a smile :
the best in the business! coffee is always good no matter how busy they are, and don’t get me started on the bircher oat cups… to die for. love that they have a dairy free bircher!
Good coffee and cool vibe but service was a bit slow - no one in front of me but had to wait a little while for the coffee
