Go there every morning for coffee as it's excellent. However yesterday at lunchtime I noticed one young man behind the counter handling foccaccias rolls etc with his bare hands! No tongs or gloves in sight for him. It's 2023 in what is still a covid environment! Lift your game BR, make sure all staff know the food handling rules.

Ordered my usual coffee this morning, a large latte, one sugar and really hot. However the latte was just warm and not extra hot. Not happy as it's very disappointing when you are paying more than $5 for a coffee and don't get what you've ordered. The barrister seemed new and it wasn't the usual bloke who made my coffee this morning.

Their toasted Chicken Pesto was my absolute fav! When I got it today, the chicken was cold, I had to toast the bread again myself, there seemed to be lil to no salad and cherry tomatoes. Just dry pesto chicken. Very disappointed. Might let them know & try one more time but if its the same quality never again!

I saw a fly and it went inside of cup, a old lady repelled it away by using her thumb finger before she poured the milk I asked her to redo a coffee and She told that she didnt see the fly and reluctantly re-did a cup of coffee.Food: 1/5

coffee is okay but the staff look like they’re in pain and i am slightly insulted that i spent $9.50 on a toastie this small

Great coffee, even we are working somewhere else we still manage to come and have their coffee.

My wife and i had coffee on 14.12.18 at 3.30 pm and were shocked to see the amount of food including rolls and pastries that were thrown out. With all the homeless and people doing it hard finacially that food could have been put to good use. Will never spend another cent here and would not recommend. Disgraceful.

I was waiting for my tomtoes ham and cheese sandwich, the bought it a toasted one Then blamed me, after bit of confusion they apologise, when away came back with the sandwich, the proceed to blame me for the mistake, ???? When you are there please double check what order?? Before you sit down at the table

Bad coffee and pathetic service. Staff lose track of order that leaves you waiting for a long time. Never again
