Absolutely atrocious service and we had to return the chocolate milkshake which was milk and that took 15 mins. The coffee was just a pass mark. The owners are relying on the franchise name otherwise the word will spread quicker that this place is to be avoided. Very sad
Ripped off! The salad sandwich was $8 Xtra $2 for the chicken which amounted to about 8 dry bits from those packets you buy at Supermarkets. Not fresh chicken. Never again
Service staff at front counter rude and abrupt. Coffee was cold and food was not acceptable, extremely over priced. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned after being seated. 1 star is overrated.
Very slow even thou there was only about 15 in the shop. Couldn’t eat the scone as it was as hard as a rock Coffee was great however.
One meal was ok. I ordered a Caesar Salad and the lettuce was rotten. It was all brown and shriveled. Took it over to the chef and said it was a disgrace. Never batted an eyelid. Wish I could talk to the management
