Food was nice. Decent size meals. Prices were okay.
If I could post 0 rating I would, service was horrible, waited for 40 minutes for sub-par food that was barely edible as well as one of the meals that were ordered was completely incorrect. When stated to staff that the food was terrible and burnt and that we won’t be back she responded with ‘okay’. After making another complaint to another staff and saying we won’t be back she called us rude we were polite in saying this merely wanting some acknowledgement and consideration in waiting for a long period of time, particularly when there customers are hungry and one is pregnant, this is not and far from the correct way to talk to customers and have customer service. Absolutely disgusting and atrocious.
Worst Coffee Club ever. We waited 30 minutes and still no food despite other customers coming and going. When we enquired about our order we discovered it was in a paper bag in the take away section. It was then simply plated up and served to us cold. Not acceptable. Staff were lethargic and unmotivated. Don't waste your money here.
Didn't listen to me placing my order. After getting it right the plate was delivered with parts of the dish missing. Was taken back and fixed. We do a lot of traveling for work and was not impressedFood: 4/5

A very nice location to stop for a coffee. Great prepared meals too. Spent a few hours there getting some work done while my car was serviced. I had the Ceasar Salad was fantastic. Friendly Staff and great Coffee.
Unfortunately this franchise doesn't want to improve and keep adding more doubts to the Coffee Club brand. This has been by far my worst experience related with customer service in Hospitality. After indicating to the service person at the counter to take a specific cake for a take away, she intentionally decided to ignore my request and gave me another one after I have already paid. The situation was so awkward that even another customer next to me looked puzzled and amazed. When I address the issue with the shift manager, to try to obtain my specific order, the worker had the audacity to change the story as if I never made my order very specific. The manager, instead of asking me why I wanted to change the product she just said "if it has already been serviced, it can't been changed", which it could be true but it wasn't my situation. On that moment the service lady who attended my order brazenly told the Manager "that is what I told her". I could have just left the cake and ask for a refund while staying there and argue with the staff on an indefinite discussion about who said this or that. But I decided to not dignify such as lack of education, good manners and service vocation, and I preferred assert my right for a review on this occasion. Neither the best food nor the best coffee or dessert make people more educated and with knowledge because, as you ignore, bars or counters are used for the client to chose what is displayed, not for the staff to grab the first at hand. I have endured for so long this situation of early closures, unpredictable open hours, staff shortages, delayed orders, etc. The holder of this Sugarland franchise owned another in the Hinkle Centre and it had to be closed, likely for the bad reviews as well. There are another four coffee shops in the same Sugarland that are certainly doing better... no wonder why. People are what people do. Nothing will never change that.

So, what to say here... Very disappointing to say the least, my scrambled eggs seemed like they were made from a powered mix, it came out dry and like a dish sponge on bread and beacon was cooked on one side dripping in oil. My wifes so called pancakes were piklets out of a packet kinda heated in a microwave but still cold, frozen mixed berries bearly defrosted with a small dish of home brand ice cream. Pathetic to say the least. Now for the coffee... asked for 2 Latte's, we didn't get latter's we got 2 flat whites with some foam on top again pathetic efforts. We will not be going back here unless standards change.
Been a fan of coffee club for years but after today's experience I will not rush back. To the chief, if you can't cook an egg after 2 attempts to the customers liking you need to find another trade.to the waitress who turned her back mouthing off when I complained, your in the wrong industry servings were small,all 3 of us left hungry and disappointed
