Customer service isn't just the way you speak directly to a customer. Your counter is incredibly open and when senior staff is being just unpleasant, nasty, moody, rude and huge attitude to her fellow co-workers... it leaves a customer gob smacked at how this person still has a job. The younger girl staff left work looking incredibly unhappy... I just happened to walk in at the end of her shift. The junior staff gave lovely customer service. The male co-worker tried to communicate with the rude girl of some form of seniority about something and she said she didn't know but she didn't want to listen to the info. As a customer I'm incredulous. Disgusting attitude and unpleasant to listen to... let alone the sadness I felt for anyone working with her unpleasant self. Rude staff member was also eating behind the counter within eye shot of customer... and then eating while walking on the dining room floor and was clearly still working. Coffee was fine. 2 out of 3 staff great. 1 staff disgusting.
I buy tow pieces banana bread, but I pay $11,no cheap price
Really lovely staff, were extremely helpful on my search for coffee beans. Couldn't recommend this place enough, the coffee was great aswell.
Worst food ever. 2 thick slabs of dry, white bread, with almost nonexistent piece of cheese, sold as a cheese sandwhich. Thank goodness the coffee was drinkable to wash it down. I will never return. Total rip off. $16 for inedible bread and a coffee. This is why business go broke.
The Owner/Manager should be commended for top quality food & coffee. Also The Staff are so professional and very courteous. I've tried many coffee shops but this one stands out, will continue to go here, thank you.
One of the top fave coffee shop around!
Went there for a coffee it was nice
Have been going to this place for years however my last couple of visits have been disappointing. Yesterday was too glaring. Staff do not bring drinks to the table like the new place across and there were 6 tables with dirty cups food from previous customers. I was inside the shop having my coffee for 20 minutes and none of the staff made any attempt to clean the tables despite there were no new customers being served. Two staff on duty are friendly and smiling but where was the manager?
Bad coffee. I had to chuck it away. I used to go here all the time, but now they seem to have teenagers running it and it's not as good as it used to be. It took forever to get my coffee because the 3 girls working there were faffing around giggling and talking amongst themselves. I don't think I'll go back. At $4.50 for a simple black coffee, you expect it to be dinkable, not bin-worthy. I would have taken it back, but by that time I was in the car driving away.
Consistently good coffeeService: 5/5
