After many months of the wait, had the brightest Sunday at the coffee club. Ordered latte, egg benedict, and veg bowl with sweet potato. Quality- 4/5. Quantity- 4/5. Service 4/5. Ambiance 4/5. I could say the overall all was 4 to 4.5 star. Loved the food.

This coffee club restored my faith in the chain. Qld stores serve burnt over powering coffee. Today's coffee was Melbourne perfect and the food was spot on !

Terrible service! The waitress is stone-faced and rude. Table is dusty and dirty.

Worst coffee ever, tasted like ash and cigar watered down. Cake is rock hard. Staff are oblivious, lacklustre and are not on the same page. One said my “cake and coffee deal” comes with red velvet cake but another changed to whatever cheese cake later on in which I am lactose intolerant. Far out.

Their foods are not bad, but customer service is so poor. We were one of the few customers without food, staff were standing inside talking, but 25 minutes before anyone even came up to us to take our order 20 minutes and still nothing. After reading other reviews probably for the best.
