Very disappointed!
We ordered 2 x Big breakfasts.
When they came out:
1 was missing the toast & hashbrown. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, the bacon was barely cooked, the toast (once we asked for it) was dry and had not been buttered.
The second had the hashbrown and bacon missing. The poached eggs were overcooked to the point you could play cricket with them. Bacon (once we asked for it) was barely cooked, and mushrooms were leathery and also overcooked.

A standard Coffee Shop franchise - perhaps better than their median store .
Staff always friendly and efficient .This store is always clean hygienic and tidy with well serviced tables .
Their food is freshly cooked where possible and very well done for a coffee club . They are a large generic franchise so it's difficult to be very gushing or complimentary-- this store is my pick of the many in this region .so well done Coffee Club marketplace Underwood .

I have not been to a coffee club in years and today I was reminded why it's called the armpit of Australian dining. We arrived 10 after opening and the tables were not even set. Over cooked eggs, cold food, really expensive for what you get. Bad service. Won't be going to any coffee clubs again.
