I visited with my wife, most of the meal and coffee we had was great. We had one major problem, and that is we are vegetarians. We ordered wedges to go with our meal. When we started to eat we found that hidden under the wedges was at least 15 chicken nuggets. 
We were offered a drink in compensation, which we did not accept as we were not thirsty, but not a refund. 
The kitchen staff needs to be far more vigilant in regards to the dietary needs of there customers, as we had informed the front staff we were strict vegetarians.

Its funny how you get treated like a 2nd class citizen here.
I had a free breakfast and small coffee as my car was being serviced nearby, the food and coffee were fine but i wasn't offered pepper for my breakfast but the two nearby tables were. I wasn't asked if everything was fine and would i like more coffee but the two nearby tables were. 
I come here every couple of months with my wife, we get better service when WE pay. Hmmmmm

The coffee clubs are all ok and serve good food and coffee
 This shop is well run and above average by a little small in winter and the dining area may have been a little bigger( not much just a little) . But I guess that's the price if being good at what you do -so  it packs out.
I believe the coffee club is a tad over priced for its offering and that alone reduces my enjoyment of the dining experience but also recognise their considerable investment and the uniform food offers needed in a full service dining enterprise and its not a criticism but it still subdued ones experience to be average at best and the smallest item not right can make it an unhappy experience easily .
The club , I guess knows exactly how to price fully every item offered till it almost hurts but they maybe should back it off so enjoyment of food available price is in balance towards enjoying the total experience  wi
