This business is advertised as being open until 5 pm.  We walked in at 4.30 pm and asked if we could have a coffee. We were rudely informed that they could "do us a takeaway". Really disappointing as we have been there for coffee at this time before. If they want to close at 4.30 pm fair enough but the website should reflect that.  This local will find somewhere else for coffee and leave this place for the tourists.

Asked for no dairy products whatsoever in my drink, for it to be with just soy milk instead of regular milk because I am severely intolerant to dairy. Had some of my drink and it clearly had regular milk in it. I am now at home with serious stomach pain and really bad nausea. Not trying to come across as mean but you really need to make sure that if someone says to not put something in their drink/meal that you don't put it in they may have allergies or be intolerant to it! It could also make them very sick.
