I have always enjoyed the Omlettes in the coffee club everywhere but I was very DISAPPOINTED in the omelette that was served to me today. It was more like a pancake and the filling of mushrooms & cheese were minimal. Also the Orange Juice I ordered was watered down to no taste. I will be trying another place just to compare as I know they are franchised.

Dry old frozen then reheated yesterday scone. even though they were told no to heat it. The lady said they had to microwave it because it was yesterdays and they freeze the unsold ones. That was how we found out it was yesterdays one. not very good at all. Every person who has a food business knows to make them fresh each day as they turn to rubber when they reheat them.

Absolutely awful, only redeemed by the friendly staff. Ordered an open grill with chicken. Received two bits of untoasted supermarket white bread, with a splatter of cheese and chicken. Cold, uninspiring, awful. Milkshake was still wrong after returning it twice. Staff we're run off their feet and unskilled, kitchen was incredibly slow (45min wait) and questionable food preparation skills.

This is the best coffee club I've been to in a while, great service, food and the staff are very friendly . Keep up the good work team, new manager is very professional and really enjoys the place. Heaps of locals visit so it must be good
