We order coffee and breakfast then after we finished eating breakfast, the coffee comes! Like half a hour later! Slow young workers who seem out of their depth in hospitality. Quality and service is going down here. Not as it used to be.
When I first walked in to grab a coffee staff were more interested in complaining about colleagues, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, everyone has a bad day. Then been in 5 times over the past few weeks and it is the same. Staff complaining and gossiping, one even appeared to be a supervisor/manager. It’s very off-putting and unprofessional. Staff clearly don’t want to be there. Getting a good morning or have a nice day is nearly impossible to get out of them. More choices in town to get coffee where the staff are polite and positive. Recommend people go elsewhere for their morning coffee
The food here is delicious and they are massive. We stopped by here to have brunch before going back to Melbourne
Order take out , the eggs benny and this is what I got !! Not happy very disappointed.
Young staff extremely rude. Wasn’t greeted upon walking in so we tried to seat ourselves. Was told YOU CANT SIT THERE IM CLEANING by a young girl who left a vacuum in the middle of the floor so we sat on a dirty table instead. The whole time we were there I didn’t see her get up to clean or use the vacuum and we were there almost an hour. Lazy, unsafe, unprofessional.
First time I have been in this one. Nice bao buns. Daughter got a schnitzel burger. Coffee was very palatable. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly. Clean. May eat there again one day if I am ever there at lunch.
Great place to eat with family and friends. Food was delicious and served in a small amount of time. Great experience. **** Continues to be the best place for breakfast. The Eggs Benedict was marvellous. The breakfast club has consistently delivered a wonderful feed. Highly recommend.
Lots of choices for food, GF, VG, etc., and they are tasty. Not a big fan of the chairs though, not cushioned and uncomfortable if you want to sit and chat with your friends for a while.Food: 5/5
Visted a couple of times whilst in Bendigo recently. Only gripes I had were please update your opening hours on website and the door, and one of the young ladies from later in the week really needs to smile. Hospitality can be a hard gig, but a smile goes a long way and doesn't take too much effort.
