The Westfield coffee club store has dropped in standards - tried to order a meal for three at 3:30pm and told kitchen closed - tables needed cleaning and front of staff gentleman with beard was not friendly another lady standing beside us said she’s off to find a friendlier coffee place -

The worst service ever. Don't even know if the water for the tea is boiling . To hard for the staff to care . We're happy for me to go else were. Good bye coffee club.

Citrus tart tasted off and my chai latte was cold. Not a good experience, very disappointing.
