Their online banking needs a card reader and yet there aren't any card readers in the whole building. Was offered non-existent tea and coffee and the staff were a bit condescending. Considering I was on hold with someone who then eventually told me to go into a branch, I am not happy with my banking experience with Cooperative
Customer service alright if served by the women staff. The new guy in there gets upset If you withdraw your money better off travelling to another branch because of this guy.
Always extremely helpful, happy polite staff.
It's 10.41am this branch is not open there are no signs to say it's closed . This is poor
