I was in a shop today and I noticed a heavily pregnant woman who seemed to be having a difficult conversation. I realised when her call ended that she had moved to an empty aisle and was crying. I went to ask if i could help. She told me she and her husband were behind in their payments with a finance company but they were doing their best to fix the situation. The person she was dealing with had done his best to intimidate her and had inferred that their employer might be contacted. While I am sure that wouldn't happen -for legal reasons-this poor woman, who btw was due to give birth the next day, obviously didnt know that Three weeks out from Christmas - i hope your're proud of yourself R If there was a way to give no stars then I would.
Excellent customer service..
