I would like to compliment Hassan the owner of the Cheesecake Shop in Southport and his staff for the most impeccable service ever seen had a 60th wedding anniversary for my parents and for over 80 people and he catered with a 16 inch cake marble cake that he actually took a photo off my phone and Duplicated it to the top of the cake edible and my god I was in tears from the effort and the pedantic of the service they provided it was amazing and I thank Hassan and I think it was his brother or uncle wad just amazing. They just nailed it and my parents just cried and cried when they seen it so it was beautiful thank you so much. Adrian…. impeccable service
I ordered a cake online for my daughters 18th birthday, mostly to avoid the stress of making it myself so that I could enjoy the celebration with family and friends. I paid $48, which included extra for the writing on the cake. I was so incredibly disappointed with the result. Some chicken scrawl on a tiny chocolate plaque in the middle of the cake. Two tiny broken pieces of chocolate as decoration. I have been buying cheesecake shop cakes a couple of times a year probably for about 20 years. The quality of decoration used to be beautiful, far greater than my ametuer abilities. Also there used to be friendly service with a smile. The only saving grace on this occasion was that the cake still tasted amazing. Fortunately, I'm used to making the best of a bad situation and I redecorated with some items from spotlight, however this was an additional cost. Not good value for money.
The shop owners are so kind and helpful. I was able to order and pick up my cake in a very efficient manner! On top of that, the cakes are so delicious and so tasty! Super fresh!!nHighly recommend!
We ordered the Double Choc Strawberry Torte but the strawberry toppings were small and cut into two instead of a whole strawberry dipped in chocolate. It doesn’t looked like in the website. It looks very sad, the sponge cake was dry as well. It was for my son’s 13th bday. He wasn’t very happy looking at the cake as the cashier handed it over to us. Very disappointed. We will go to other cake store next time.
