I ordered a black forest cake for my son's birthday. The cake in display had nice big round chocolate swirls which looked very appealing. When I picked up the cake, it was a different story. There were only leftover chocolate chippings instead of proper decorative swirls on the cake. I mentioned my disappointment on the look of the cake to the staff. She said "sorry, this is all I had left"...Really? So you put one thing on display and sell something else at the same price? Very bad experience.

Tasty cakes and very nice and helpful staff. I ordered a Tiramisu and asked the girl at reception to cut it for me. She kindly told me that I had to wait a little bit cause another customer ordered something before me. It's fair and she serveed my cake with beautifully cutting later! Will come back again for sure.

Rude attendant: 'That's what I just said!' when I enquired as to which cakes had nuts in them. Quite surprising. I take my son shopping to many outlets and he's never heard someone speak that way - a bad day or standard stuff for this not-so-lovely blue-eyed girl...who knows?

Cake was not fresh, shop across Knox Shopping Centre is much better. Customer service neutral.
