We ordered a cake for our engagement party and when our event was postponed due to weather, the staff were accommodating to move the date of the order. The cake was what we had paid for, was not overly sweet, was large in size and looked beautiful with the decor. Only minor would be that a lot of the cake was white chocolate instead of the actual sponge cake part. Guests remarked on how great the cake tasted and looked. Thank you Cheesecake Shop Caloundra! Keep up the great work!
Not sure how these guys have so many bad reviews but I walked in there Sunday morning there was 2 young polite women working, they had a huge range of cakes available, after choosing which one i wanted it was fully decorated within 5 minutes. Great service, the cake was delicious too and my partner was delighted with her birthday cake. Thanks guys

My daughter organised a birthday cake for me and it was absolutely fabulous. Jen was so easy to chat to and making suggestions. In the end it was perfect. And sooo delicious. It was the chatter with all our guests. Will definitely use this service again.
The cake we ordered looked nothing like the one we asked for online. It was shorter and smaller and only fed a few people. It also contained no toblorone chocolate like the photo. If I knew I was going to pay $45 for a something that should almost be classed as a cupcake, I would have gone elsewhere.
Disappointed with the portion size of the cheesecake and a large chuck of the cheesecake was missing. The portion size was meant to be half, however it was less than half a cheesecake.
A disappointing experience purchasing from the Cheesecake shop Currimundi ... You Pre order and pay for things in advance so when you arrive for pick up, one would think you would walk in and pick up your cakes, but after waiting at least twenty minutes before I was even acknowledged, I was starting to feel annoyed, seemed their was only one person attending to ALL the customers waiting by this stage, and they told the lady in front of me their was a mix up with her order ... the girl kept going out the back, and the shop was filling with more customers. I was finally served, only to be advised they had spelt the name wrong on one of my cakes, we waited while they attempted to fix the spelling, I was NOT happy with it but left with the messy adjustment on the mud cake ... After thinking about it, called them back and told them I wasn't happy with their service or the cake, with attitude by the girl, she did say they would replace the cake for me .... My question is, after all the running around, why was this just not done in the first place ? No, I would not recommend this business ...
Purchased a American Baked Cheesecake for Mother's Day. The flavour was nice, but the Cheesecake was all grainy as if it had been not been mixed properly, or perhaps overbaked. Not enjoyable. Will not be purchasing one again as wouldn't want to risk the waste of money.
Service was great. Product was terrible. Cheesecake turned to mush. Didn’t set and fell apart. Couldn’t serve it to our guests. Our last cake was perfect and didn’t have a problem with it. Very disappointed.
After an online order mix up, the staff at the Currimundi shop were really helpful in getting it sorted out! The Cookies and Cream Birthday cake was delicious too! Thank you!
