Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou.nEach time I have phoned the store the team members that answered the phone have all been helpful and friendly, not to mention patient. I wanted to order a 90th birthday cake for my mum and 30 guest. I live up north so couldn't come in. So when I spoke to the decorater Jen, I was instantly put at ease. I told Jen I have no idea what I want for the color or decorations. So I asked Jen to design the best cake she had ever done and left all the decisions in the design up to her. That was the best decision I made. Wow, she didn't disappoint at all. The cake not only tasted awesome, but the decorations on the cake were magnificent. Stunning and worth every dollar. My mum loved it and so did everyone else. Thankyou Jen, your the best. And thankyou to all the team for making the whole process easy and pain free and uncomplicated. Your all worth 10 out of 10. Words cannot describe how disappointed I’m with the cake that I have ordered. The decoration was so poorly done. The cake was already cracked from the time I picked it up and it just got worsen. The icing colour looked awful and it didn’t match the rice paper design. I can’t believed I paid $250 For this cake. I’m actually embarrassed to put it out.
I order on the phone an carrot cheesecake glutenfee. When I pick it up and paid. I open the box and it orange and carrot cake not cheesecake I specifically wanted. I won't be coming to this shop ever again. Even the lady at the counter told me it was a cheesecake.
A good place for cakes. Some cut up in the fridge if you want smaller potions. There were a few cakes missing in stock and trying to understand the menu was tricky. One of the customers had a much better way of explaining the menu for me, as I simply wasn't getting it.
We ordered a cake for our engagement party and when our event was postponed due to weather, the staff were accommodating to move the date of the order. The cake was what we had paid for, was not overly sweet, was large in size and looked beautiful with the decor. Only minor would be that a lot of the cake was white chocolate instead of the actual sponge cake part. Guests remarked on how great the cake tasted and looked. Thank you Cheesecake Shop Caloundra! Keep up the great work!
