Was sent here by a co-worker a number of years ago for 'the best sausage rolls in Upper Hutt'. Yes they are good, but I am in love with the steak and kumara pie. Always very busy, but fast efficient friendly service always.

Bakery with huge choice of bread rolls, sandwiches, pies, chips, fried chicken & a cabinet full of cakes & slices. Bread also baked on premises. Prices are really good. Been a favorite for a very long time.

Today  I went the bun factory  and asked  " there is another fried chickens  or just that on display??" that asian woman who always in charged  front of cashier  treated me bad , she said NO  ( Im fine wth that answer ) but after that moving her hand seems like asked me go out that's so RUDE. she make me felt like S*** and  seems like someone ask free food.
Few times i been there brought friend chickens and chips she never smile ,Don't know why? only her , other staff is ok, maybe she did that because I'm Asian too or what ??? always like to buy chicken and chips there with my patner before, after today not sure  wanna buy there anymore and see her grumpy face SHE NEED TRAINING for serve all  customers same.
