I did a lot of damage to my brows as a teen. The result what uneven, highly over plucked and unflattering. 

Penelope assured me that she could give me beautiful, fuller and most importantly even brows. Which she did. I get compliments on them every where I go. Even from people with amazing brows. 

Trusting Penelope has paid off big time. I am very very happy. I make he drive from Canberra to Melbourne every year to have my annual touch up, as I wouldn’t trust anyone else! 💗

I am so happy with my brows! Penelope was very professional and there was a real "brow science" to what she does. One of my brows was quite a bit higher than the other and she measured exactly where it should be, as well as brining my brows a bit closer together to suit my facial proportions. I was a bit nervous but she really made me feel comfortable with the process and talked me through each step. Highly recommended, I've had nothing but compliments!

Having researched a lot of brow tattooist, I found Penelope to be the best & most natural specialising in feather touch eyebrows. She bought my face back to life by framing my eyes with flawless natural looking brows! I was so please as soon as I looked in the mirror & couldn’t stop once I got home! I would highly recommend her services to anyone without any hesitation! A great price also....

Penelope is an amazing Feather Touch Brow artist with amazing attention to detail. I was very nervous however knew from her previous work seen on Instagram that I was in good hands. Penelope ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the whole treatment and the results have been a life changing solution to my 90's over plucked brows. 
I can't rave about her enough!!!!!!
