I've been meaning to write this post for a few weeks now as I wasn't happy with my eye lash extensions, several people had noticed and asked "what was wrong with them?" so I called to speak with someone about what I could do. Initially a man working for the store said it would be fixed complimentary. I was very thankful as eyelash extensions are expensive and I even bought the 'aftercare' mascara stuff. That was then retracted by the incredibly rude owner of the store, in an accusatory manner (as if it was my fault that the eyelashes weren't sitting well... but regardless of who was at fault she was unpleasant). All other staff members are actually quite nice. But her unfriendly and self-righteous attitude has made me not want to go back and i would urge others to go elsewhere.

AMAZING hairdressers there - BEST blowave I've ever had too! really convenient location and highly recommended to everyone who wants amazing hair extensions and blowaves. Also the LASH extensions here are fantastic - they lasted a long time I had them done for my wedding. Kathryn is so friendly too!

Unbelievable natural-looking extensions and everyone in the shop is super friendly and professional, great environment! Definitely recommend to others!
