The price and quality of service are not always on point. The majority of my experiences were incredibly positive which is why I haven't given a lower rating. As is the case, one or two negative experiences had put me off returning. I tracked down a head office email and sent through some feedback however to date, have not received a response at all. I have also since found somewhere else that provides almost identical services for around a quarter of the price. Good customer service isn't difficult and often clients just want to be heard and valued.

Sammie is amazing and fantastic at what she does, I have followed her from a previous brow bar location over to Bulimba as I will not let anyone else touch my brows. Highly recommend

I was here a while ago - they did a nice job on the shape of my brows and the experience was relaxing! The staff were friendly. Four stars not five because lady who did my brows took a before and after shot but didn't ask my permission before putting it on facebook, so I got a surprise looking through my feed later on. I probably would have said yes but would have liked to know.

Went into brow bar bulimba for the first time yesterday. Got my brows done by Grace. Absolutely love the work she did. Great little shop with helpful & friendly staff. Thank you
