Liz was absolutely amazing  I had been so stressed out with what dress would suit my body type, Liz was patient, kind and so understanding… I felt right at home xxx thank you for helping me find the perfect dress first one put on

The service I received was brilliant, I was listened too, i was given lots of options to try and ideas to alter them to what I had in mind. I felt very comfortable this was my 7th shop so I wasn't easy haha I had in my mind MY DRESS...  and didn't see past that. well I returned the next day to retry a dress, sadly I wasn't feeling it however out comes one that I hadn't seen the day before because it's not what I described and hello it was my moment to say YES TO THE DRESS thank you so much you were amazing.

The stylists are so helpful in finding a dress that works for your body. I’ve ended up with a dress that I never thought I could pull off. Was great to be encouraged to get out of my comfort zone.

Ava was so amazing! She picked out just the right ones for me to try when I had very little idea about what might look good on me. Ava was super professional, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable in my dress shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Liz is absolutely amazing!! She welcomed me into the store and explained everything in a way that made the overwhelming experience of my first wedding dress shop just plain enjoyable. She was funny and kept me and my bridal crew laughing the whole time!!

Firstly, Liz is absolutely amazing - she made me feel so special. Instantly felt comfortable with her. I didn't feel like I was being at all "sold" to, it was just me and my bridal party having fun and enjoying the moment. I told her my budget and she helped me to stay within the guidelines, I walked away with my dream dress without compromising my house deposit.  The shop was lovely, the perfect balance of comfort and elegance without feeling like I was going to either go way over budget or under budget.  Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you so much Liz  You are an absolute star xx

Such a lovely place to visit and try on wedding dresses I was super nervous at first so I brought online a few dresses which I regretted so decided to actually go try some on had my eye on one in particular on the website which I ended up purchasing and am in love. Liz is so lovely and helpful I went in on my own and she helped me video call my family and friends as well once I had the dress on I didn't want to take it off lol. Thanks TBO Albany highly recommend to all :
