With only one week to go i bought the Aubry dress in white for a White Sunday church service. It was delivered to Wellington in 3 days. It was a little tight in the sleeves so I swapped it for the Brooke. That dress arrived overnight! So relieved. The communication and response times were awesome and both dresses were gorgeous. I would definitely shop here again and would recommend for cute wedding or church outfits! Thank you!
Thank you Lizzy Love for your prompt reply to my emails and very fast delivery. Even though they are closed are monday but on request she did spend time and did courier and received next day. My daughter loved the dress it's beautiful and worth spending. I highly recommend Lizzy Love clothing.
Visited store today. Wow what a child's paradise. Young women working there was so cheerful and helpful. Bought a cool necklace for myself. Still a child at heart
On 23 June 2021 bought a present of few items for my daughter. The shoes did not fit. Instead of refund I got a gift voucher with the expiry day in ONE MONTH 30 July 2021 but I did not notice that until now. As the whole country was in several locked downs since 2020 the shopping was not easy. So my voucher was not excepted once I was ready to redeem it on 5 August 2022and to be honest I feel so disappointed and angry because firstly it is MY money which I have paid already and secondly because I have loved the store. I always referred my friends to the store and as a mother of two girls bought many things myself. Sadly, crossing the Lizzy Love out of my favourite place to shop
We went for birthday part pamper and the girl do hair for girl she didn't have any idea what she do I think at least they need to bring someone that know little bit more about hair
This is a very cool small shop packed full of fairy princess gear & anything fairy. Very good quality. Great store for gift ideas & flower girl dresses and accessories including a great selection of shoes. Play shoes and special occasion shoes for girls. Good ideas for fantasy cake decorations. It was clearly very hard to get children to leave going by the discussions we overheard from parents to children!
I can't rate LizzyLove highly enough! Georgia was an absolute star at helping me over the phone and email to work out the sizing of the garments and providing advice. The parcel arrived and they'd taken so much care with beautiful detail on each of the products. The quality of the dresses is stunning and their staff are a delight to work with.
Got my flowergirl/Junior bridesmaid dresses from here and the selection is phenomenal such a wide range of stunning dresses even jumpsuits! My favorite part is that most things came from AMERICA!! Many other stores everything was made in china and the quality just didn't compare and prices where basically the same!! Will definitely be back and highly recommended. Thank you so much!
Customer service was awful, unfriendly and unhelpful! Came to buy a dress but was extremely disappointed with service!!
I loved having to do nothing but show up, everything is taken care of for the princess pamper party from food to the goody bags. Great idea to allow the kids to pick their own glamour bag items, and liked that I could add any extras like candy to the bags. The 3 hosts were very professional and engaged well with the girls. It was a very low stress way to have a kids party and it's really worth considering for busy parents that want a hassle free event that requires little effort on their part.
