Susie and her team at bridal outlet are just amazing and so kind. They made me feel so comfortable and helped me with my bridal dress and bridal accessories search. The outlet store is definitely more reasonable than other bridal stores with a lovely range of bridal wear and accessories to choose from.

My sister and I went looking for a dress to wear for my wedding in March, and had the most delightful experience at The Bridal Outlet shop. Virginia was more than helpful and knowledgeable, and by the time we left, an hour or two later, I felt like I had made a friend .....as well as purchasing the most stunning dress at a hugely reduced price! I was very grateful for Virginias innate sense of style and knowledge as finding the perfect dress for the occasion had been proving rather difficult up till now. I also found a great pair of wedding sandals, and beautiful earrings .....perfect for the big day.

Not sure if its because I i was by myself or because i was in jeans but went in there today to look for a wedding dress which is a daunting experience in itself. Zero customer service, not even a smile when i came in.
