Drove past the place on the way to our holiday stop.  Carlton draught was advertised at $47 a box.  We went out on the tourist trail and dropped in the next day.  No ads out.  The lady serving was friendly but now $58.  Really.   A mark up on the same product of $11.    I drove to the IGA at Cowes later on in the holiday.  $42 a box.  Locals told me the prices there are generally very stable. Best prices overall for wines etc on the Island

My experience was shocking the man was rude and arrogant told me not to bother coming back , snatched the machine from my hands , at times like these you expect friendly people to be working all he will do is run people out of town, l most certainly won’t be going back again

I agree this place offer the rudest customer service ever.   They are consistently rude. My recommendation is if you need anything drinks/supplies stop in San Remo  or there is shop off the round about at Cape Woolami.   Enter this place with Caution

Good for a drink and run into supercar drives

Served by a rude older white guy at the cashier who refused to speak to me and my partner and threw us a look of disdain. He greeted other customers with a smile, hey how are you and thank you. I don't want to think it's a racial thing but it's hard not to.

Had the handle of my Phillip Island brewing 4 pack break walking to the car, was told by the bloke working there that no one carries beer by the handle bad luck. A good shop would have given you a couple of replacement stubbies...will keep driving past from now on.

Great shop have all the top drinks,great service.

Went to the bottle o yesterday and was overcharged by $12 by Graeme. Just a warning to others make sure you’re not being over charged. Went back for my refund later that day and no apology.

What a women! Best customer service knows her wines..
