Good range of beers, spirits, wines and RTDs'. They have some good specials and the customer service is quick and friendly. Ample car parking just outside, with easy access from parking areas.nA great, I mean! Enormous set up when walking through the entrances! Definitely a place to pop in and pick up all your groceries! It even had Australia Day promotional items! Not many, yet still better than nothing!
Brilliant and interesting store.nOdd to say that about a supermarket, but it has a broad range of departments with lots of interesting brands, but also the decor is excellent.nPlease come to my area and bring your ideas. My supermarket doesnt have the personality that yours does.
Just cut into the roast pork belly purchased from the deli section and it's all fat. No meat at all and $20 for a tiny 400g piece. What a rip off. Also, the guy with the beard serving me rudely chose any piece in a rush and didn't let me choose it myself
By far the best of the IGA franchises I've shopped I'm. The produce is awesome, the variety is great and the featured in store experience is fantastic. Like all supermarkets you have some great, friendly staff that are happy to serve you, then you have the ones that don't want to be working there and don't offer the customer experience anx you know it.nIf you haven't been before, get in there and live the experience, you'll find yourself buying more than what you needed. It's a one stop shop with fresh produce.
We had the best customer service we have ever received at a supermarket this morning. Nicole was fabulous. SO lovely and helpful and took care packing our groceries. Thank you Nicole, you are an absolute superstar and an asset to Ritchies Dromana.
