Had to cancel appointment due to weather and an accident. I made an immediate call to apologise for cancelling at the last minute. The person who answered my call introduced himself as Jeremy and was extremely rude. He told me I had just wasted an hour of their precious time on their busiest day and added that my apology "does not pay the bills". 
He had tarnished the Thai reputation, known for their hospitality and great customer service. 
I will not be visiting that place or rebooking an appointment, or recommending them to anyone else
