Had a great experience here at Trek, dropped my bike in for spoke repair, the professionalism and care taken with my bike was amazing! Professional friendly service is hard to find, and the team at Trek CBD are awesome. They now have a returning customer!

Stef and the team are always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's great to be able to benefit from the experience of those that ride all types of bikes, on all types of rides.

Used the contact form and got a swift response from the helpful staff. I needed a tire and was concerned that it would make it Melbourne in time which I was told they confident it would. So I placed the order and then got a quick email from the folks saying they are going to split my order and quickly get the tire out the door same day while they sorted the rest of order. Super happy with the service and extra effort to ensure my urgent part made it to me on time - will make sure to check in on their website for any future purchases.

I didn't feel welcome in the shop. The staff didn't seem interested in helping me, were disengaged. I had a much better experience in Giant which is just next door. If you want to get a quality advice and have a great conversation while purchasing a good gear, just go to Giant shop and talk to Jeff.

Had a warranty claim that the shop assistant wanted me to get spare parts and fix myself even though the product was with the 12 month warranty period. Said that wasn’t appropriate then she said I had to get it assessed by their warranty person which would’ve meant I couldn’t get home on my bike. What BS, any decent shop gives you a replacement when the product is clearly faulty. Avoid this small stingy shop.
