Our extensive range of bikes and kayaks are available for hire 365 days per year from the Swan River foreshore in Perth. They can be taken anywhere and for any length of time with deliveries available upon request. Accessory and secondhand sales are also available.

What a fun thing to do along the Swan River! Pedal buggy was great for older people who aren't confident on bicycles or e-scooters. Helpful and friendly staff, pricing was good, and allowed us to roll over time if we returned late, at the hour cost. Thanks!

What a great bunch of folk and such a useful service. We hired out a couple of bikes and a trailer for the day to bike around Swan river and visit a few of the kids playgrounds.  Their pricing is really affordable and the equipment is in good shape the E-bikes must have been near new.  Again, really cool little outfit and such a great way to enjoy some of the sights in and around Perth

Great quality bikes in good condition, had shimano gears and were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My family rented their bikes for a morning cycle around Heirisson Island and to the Blue Boat House highly recommend the cycle and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. We rented both tandem and individual bikes.

Hired a couple of Merida carbon road bikes from About Bike Hire. Bikes were great, service was amazing and prices were very reasonable. Spent three days in Perth cycling around the Swan Valley, Perth to Freo and along the Swan.  Did around 150kms in total.  Highly recommend.

Cheaper than ANYWHERE else!! Luved it! And i wasnt expecting how gorgeous the scenery was too. If u go one way u can have a picnic of that little island by paddling into a cute cove, and then on to views of the bridge and Burswood. The other way is much calmer waters and give the winding river feel and or the belltower and waterfront and pubs. It was fun and great exercise, and even though I have a old spinal injury it was well within my physical scope. The guys running this place are awesome, so helpful and friendly! I took my girls and only paid $48 total for 3 ppl to hire a Kayak each for an hour.  No pain the next day except for sun burnt badly my bad! Strongly advise to Sunscreen up oh and watch out the car park has brutally attentive parking inspectors.. even if ur 2mins over u may get a fine. I learnt the hard way that the city of Perth must get a huge % of its funding from parking fines, coz they sure are committed to handing out them tickets

Had such a good time this morning riding around the Swan River. We hired the ebikes for an hour as I haven't been bike riding for decades and it showed, was a bit wobbly to begin with I pushed off and almost ended up back in the hire place!! I can highly recommend, the guys are so friendly even joking about putting training wheels on for me, great price and they're so easy to ride. I'll definitely be back again, we'll hire them for longer next time. So glad my friend talked me into it. I loved it, such a fun time. Excellent.

These guys are the best!  I rented a carbon bike from them for 12 days and they provided what I needed including a spare tube, allen keys, and even helmets if I needed for the rental price. The Merida Scultura 400 was well tuned for a well used rental bike.  And when I had trouble returning by their close time because of bad traffic, they were very gracious to allow me to return the next morning without any additional charges or penalty.  When I come back to Perth again and need a bike to rent, I will definitely get it from About Bike Hire.  Thanks for a pleasant and fuss free experience!

Hired a great, light-weight hybrid bike with disc brakes “Superbe” for 5 days for $64. Great service, the team gave me everything I needed helmet, lock & lights and made the whole process very smooth. They also have carbon road bikes with Ultegra for hire. Highly recommended if you need a bike in Perth for a few days to a month.

Amazing price on extended bike rentals, never seen better. Couldn't be happier with a road carbon for the week!
