I visited the store for the first time and was in the store what felt like 30mins as I struggled to find what I was looking for. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. At the time there were 2 staff in the store - one female & one male. During the time I was in there, I witness other customers being greeted and served yet the same level of service was not passed onto me, even when I was the only customer in the store for a lengthy time. The female staff walked by me many times and the male staff stayed behind the counter staring at me. I did eventually found the items I was chasing but decided to leave everything behind based on principles.

First visit to the Bead shop. They add a sir charge to credit card purchases. Even Master card and Visa. Did not carry all items I needed I wanted 5Mt of Gold chain, there was only 2.6M on the roll, so I took that.  When checking the invoice later I have been charged for 3M. Hard to really give positive facts but I thought the prices were higher than other local shops and there are plenty of them.

Absolutely lovely lady works here : HEAPS of variety and options! Repaired an old necklace of mine and was very helpful! Also she has a cute dog

Talk about bead heaven..!! I would seriously move in if I could lol.. Just an amazing range of supplies and row upon row of sparkly goodies in every size, color & shape. There are classes you can attend, to learn new techniques, or, you can call in to catch up with your beady friends for a cuppa & a chat....& the staff are pretty perfect as well..!!

Outstanding service. They helped me find all the bits to fix my favourite necklace and put them all together for me in a flash - all for the princely sum of $3!
