After being recommended to this store last year, we had such exceptional service that we went back this year to look for a ball gown. The girls are all so lovely and professional, with an excellent eye for detail. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.
The staff member in the store today was extremely rude. Quite unfortunate as the shop has nice dresses, I'll be taking my money elsewhere.
DO NOT HIRE HERE. If you want a refund on your dress they wont give it to you. Please be weary when hiring here.
Can do..work with you to make it happen..we all do need that little bit of magic starlight on that special night.
Was served by Kristen and thought the service was amazing. Very difficult as a single Dad to surprise a teenage daughter with new clothes. Kristen made the experience so easy and her knowledge was excellent. Will recommend to all my friends.
Customer service was 5 star, above and beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. The ladies happily chose many outfits for me and put them in the dressing room unzipped and ready put on. Also happy to help with the zipping up/down, tying up/buttoning up. Super helpful!
