Michael said: Big fan. This place was a lifesaver on a rainy day when my 3 yo was driving me insane. Li said: This is definitely the best indoor playground in Perth. The areas are large and I noticed that the kids stay in their designated areas well. So the staff are onto it. This place is massive the toddler areas are great and there is a section for the little ones to crawl around and sit in a ball bit and play on sea saws. The big kids area which takes up most of the area has a disco room, mulit storey climbing area. I just love watching with delight when a parent has to climb up it to retrieve their babbling child down, I shouldn't laugh as I know my turn will come very soon.They also have a car track, air hockey and electronic games. The Troppo zone is for 7-14 yo, so the older kids tend to hang out here. The prices are high which is pretty reflective of all the indoor playgrounds in Perth.

The management of their recent relocation has been disgusting. We booked a 5 year olds birthday party a month ago. The party was to be held on Sunday 29th June. We received an email on Thursday 26th June at 6pm to advise that they are raising the ceiling of the premises and therefore the party needs to be relocated to a venue across the road. However, the infrastructure that they could provide across the road would be limited and would not include the playground equipment, ball pits etc - the primary entertainment for 5 year olds. Do they really understand how a five year old plays? Thanks for relocating the arcade games - 5 year olds will really get a lot of enjoyment out of that???? Thanks for relocating the go karts - that will be 5 minutes of entertainment for a five year old???? I am no expert but I would assume that organising trades for the raising of the ceiling would require ample planning and the works would be booked in well in advance. Therefore there should have been adequate time to provide us with appropriate notice. I wonder if the Beach House management would like to explain to my five year old why we had to cancel her party at the Beach House? The look on my little princesses face was heartbreaking. Thankfully the management of Kidsland in Coolbinia have been extra accommodating at short notice. We rang them this morning to see if we could relocate the party there . At first they declined and informed us that we were the fourth group to make enquiries about a party relocation. However they rang us back shortly after to inform us that they were able to source extra staff to accommodate us. A big thumbs up to Kidsland!! We will never go to the Beach House again.

The positives: Large, well air conditioned, lots of chairs for parents, clean(ish). The Negatives: The older kids' area 7 - upwards was not fully functional until 11am. Very unhappy to have to have to wait 2 hours! This was NOT advertised on website. More than half of electronic gaming machines broken/not functioning properly, no balls at all for hokey table or table tennis.

We paid extra for the tropicana room to be near the water slide that wasnt there, yet was advertised that it would be...we got a phone call THE DAY BEFORE the party that the slide would not be available due to being stuck in customs???....All our kids got to play with was some old soccer balls and the big human bubble balls....We have been to other kids places that have a party host that guides the kids through some small fun games...we didnt get a host or even any instruction on how to play the video game....allthough there was enough food for each child....it was a chaotic lunch. Upon payment i complained and got an approx. 10% discount...was really disappointed that they didnt advise us immediately of no water slide (which was the sole reason we booked here) and that there was no party host. I know its hard running a small business but you have to be up front and honest with your customers.

Awesome place for kids, but possibly the worst coffee in Perth (gotta cater to both the kids and parents, right?)
