Just had the best pasty I’ve ever eaten. It was also vegan friendly with wholemeal pastry. Honestly better than any other pasty I’ve had, including meat pasty’s. So much flavour, the veggies inside are soft and well cooked, which is often the downfall of most pasty’s. The whole meal pastry was also well cooked, golden and flaky.
In addition to the great customer service the pie, vegitable pastie and rye bread I had were all fantastic. Clearly high quality ingredients as well as skilled bakers. Highly recommended.
The ladies are so lovely!! And the baked goods are delicious!
The minced pie I had was delicious, warm and comforting on a cool morning.
Friendly staff and a good variety of pasties and pies. Sale at $3 per piece in early afternoon after lunch. Stall on the left as you enter the Adelaide Central Market. Nice place to get something to eat before you catch your bus at the Franklin Street Central Bus Station which is 5 minutes walk away.
