Hungarian Artisan Bakery & Cafe - We freshly bake onsite Hungary's old traditional pastries and cakes from scratch.

Story

We are committed to the Hungarian Culinary and we would like to introduce to South Australia the finest authentic Hungarian foods.

Our first project is called: The Chimney Cake Station
This is our first mobile food caravan in which we installed a small bakery and a cafe.

Street food is a wonderful thing. There are times, when you don't want to sit into a cafe or restaurant, but rather like to stroll on the streets, shopping around or simply having fun on the beach with your drinks and sweets and the loved ones.

The ancient recipe of the Chimney Cake - what is carefully followed by Bodri's - contains only pure natural ingredients. This will guarantee the wonderful smell and flavor which will immediately grab your senses as soon as you get close to Bodri's Chimney Cake Station.

Beside this unique Hungarian sweet, we also put a lot of effort, to find you the best drinks to your cake. We picked an Italian coffee brand, as we found they produce excellent quality, a wide selection of the roasts for the espresso lovers, and using the newest technology in coffee making, keeping the best flavors until it is served to you. Nevertheless, they have the finest hot chocolate drink you have ever tasted!

Coffee is a pleasant ancient drink, even if it served in a paper cup on the street, or in a beautiful cup in a fancy cafe.
So does the Tea. We decided to look for another quality hot drink to charm our customers.

Tea is very similar to coffee in terms of quality diversity, therefore we were looking for a good source for quality tea sortiment. We found an Australian company who makes very nice quality teas packed in appealing pyramid bags.
